Where do creativity and entreprenuership meet? In AlQuoz.
With our own cultural roots firmly rooted in Al Quoz industrial zone, we approached the world of the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI) with firsthand knowledge of the needs of the creative community as well as a curiosity to address them.
As a project of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (DCAA), our role has been implementing a dynamic series of programmes to garner participation in the area, and to platform it as a hub of creativity and entreprenuership.
This project is a challenge of interdisciplinarity in practice and principle.

Entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries have a unique set of needs and interests that are underserved by the existing startup support ecosystem.

While creatives and business people might speak different languages, both are enriched by exchanging with and learning from one another.

Ensuring open access to inspiring resources (mentorship, learning, skills-building, and books) is central to the growth of entrepreneurs across all industries.
